The name Bambanani means lets work together, and our schedulers and technical staff put this into practice by working side-by-side. They continually liaise with clients, subcontractors and consultants to ensure a quick turnaround and the desired products are produced.

A market leader in terms of quality, Bambanani is one of the few companies in the country with the equipment, capacity and technical knowledge to undertake large projects and deliver in an acceptable turnaround time.
Bambanani can provide detail and design in accordance with AWWA M11 specification. Our qualified in-house staff implements the necessary detailing and CAD generated work schedules for presentation to clients prior to manufacturing.

Product is always manufactured according to the customer drawings. Required items are detailed in-house based on project plans and derive our own drawings for approval purposes using Allycad. Fabrication commences once all relevant parties have signed off such drawings, quality plans etc.
Driven by its commitment to deliver the highest quality products an established, documented quality control system is in place. This ensures compliance with the SABS ISO 9001:2008.

Comprehensive data packs are compiled during the fabrication process by our Quality department. Registers of all critical equipment, calibration records, welding procedures and welder qualifications are maintained, updated and independently certified. A sample quality control plan can be forwarded upon request. Bambanani offers the following testing on its products
